Shows to the clients/customer the model unit and attends to their inquiries. Responsible for orientation of House Rules, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and the like to ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation. Monitors of clients rental contracts, database and client information and ensure its proper care. Maintains and keeps an efficient and effective records management system for tenants/clients. Coordinates and assists in the Accounting Department regarding the collection and required documents for new tenants.
