Solve issues at work and recommend work measures to improve productivity. Hire and Train new employees. Prepare schedules and other reports. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes. Ensuring that the teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines. Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry is required. Basic English skills.
