Job Description
Our client is hiring a driven organized and energetic Operations Supervisor with strong people management ss to join their Calgary team! Our client is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom warehouse and maintenance shop providing the finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a strong focus on quality resulting in many raving fans!
This role will be managing multiple aspects of the location which includes ecommerce and warehouse operations as well as showroom. Being that it is a small team you will be helping in the warehouse and with inside sales as needed.
Salary:
$25.00 $30.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
9:00am 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday
11:00am 4:00pm Saturday
Responsibilities
- Leadership of the Calgary location ecommerce sales and warehouse including training coordination and accountability of a small team.
- Development and ongoing accountability for the department as a whole along with individual staff members.
- Evaluating the quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to minimize customer complaints.
- Ensuring diplomacy and a sense of urgency regarding any customer servicerelated or operational concerns.
- Maintain uptodate information on new equipment and tools for use by team.
- Handson work in the warehouse and with sales as needed.
- Ensuring adherence of companies procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Management experience is required preferably in ecommerce operations.
- Coffeerelated interest and/or background is a strong et.
- Proven ability as a catalyst with the ability to motivate a team while keeping accountable is critical.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management ss.
- An eye for detail in process and product to spot issues and deal with them promptly.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership ss with a high level of organization.
