Manager - R&D/NPD Food Products (Application Chef)

We are looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) manager who will be responsible for product development, formulation and production of Meat-based Prepared Food products. Ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in working with food preparation processes viz. mixing, forming, cooking, preservation and evaluation. Must possess strong working knowledge in functional properties of various ingredients. Further details will be provided during in-person interview. Ideal candidates should have an experience as Sous Chef/Executive Chef/Application Chef with a mandatory exposure to development of prepared foods in Packaged Food Production industry. Experience required in relevant field: 8-10 years. Candidates with relevant experience only.
