Team Sales Manager

o Basics : Any graduation o Experience (type of) : 7 yrs & above in automotive sales

o Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills analytical skills ability to handle dynamic situation basic computer skills people management

To manage smaller group of people and ensure sales objectives are met on monthly quarterly and annually. Should be able to coach review and manage smaller team size. Support sales team members to achieve their respective sales targets. Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department in accordance with the company management goals. Coordinating and managing sales staff and representing brand standards and brand philosophy externally.
