Who we are: F22 Labs was started in 2014 by Murtuza and Hari 2 childhood friends who always dreamt of starting a business of their own. After working at leading startups initially in their careers they decided to take the plunge.

Job Description

Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: Chennai India

Experience: 1 Years

What will you work on

• Support the project manager in utilizing Agile methodologies and scrum practices to drive project success.
  
• Collaborate with the product owner and development team to ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality products.
  
• Assist in facilitating scrum ceremonies and promote selforganization within the scrum and development teams.
  
• Identify and help remove impediments that may hinder project progress and provide coaching to the team on overcoming obstacles.
  
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address any gaps or improvements needed in the Agile framework.
  
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  
• Create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules status reports and meeting minutes.
  
• Assist in resolving conflicts and issues that arise during project execution promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
  
• Contribute to the growth of the scrum teams maturity and advocate for continuous improvement in Agile practices.
  
• Support the product owner by providing necessary assistance and education on project management processes and methodologies.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a project management role or as part of a scrum team is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and resolve conflicts effectively.
  
• Familiarity with techniques used to address gaps in the scrum framework and ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in realworld projects.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and provide leadership when required.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  
• Adaptability to a changing project environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Selfmotivation and the ability to stay focused amidst distractions.
  
• Prior experience or exposure to Android Services & Notifications and CI/CD optimization is a plus.
  
• Working knowledge of popular thirdparty libraries for networking async operations and image loading is beneficial.
  
• Familiarity with Reactive programming design principles patterns and material design concepts is desirable.
