Qualifications & Skills:
minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience
Experience in outbound calling
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs
Excellent english communication skills (written and verbal)
Have a sound geographical understanding of Australia and New Zealand
Ability to prepare quantitative sales/pipeline reporting to key stakeholders
Experience in working across multiple software platforms
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and on-going projects
Confident with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Description
Qualify members and set up appointments to discuss membership options
Conduct outbound call activity to existing members to educate them about our product and services
Meet and exceed holiday club membership sales target KPIs and appointment setting
Maintain an accurate and update to date sales pipeline and appointment setting records
Ensure company product knowledge is maintained on an ongoing basis
Work within a team that has a strong focus of supporting each other to help achieve the companys broader business objectives
