Service Account Ownership Manual Tracking
Support the manual analysis and follow-up (email) communication effort to track down service account owners.
Perform analysis leveraging company information and security tools to identify potential owner.
Managing, updating, and reporting on service account owner attribution status using tools such as MS Excel/Google Sheet/MS Sharepoint List or Automation Tools developed (by Position 1)
2+ years' experience in business analyst, project management or Governance, Risk & Compliance.
Familiarity with MS excel vlookup or other cross-referencing analysis mechanism, tools or scripts.
Excellent verbal and email communication skills in mass-outreach (internal user) exercising gathering information, providing instruction, clarification and guidance on action required.
Excellent verbal and email communications skills in providing project status updates, potential roadblocks, risk & impact to leadership.
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
