About you:

We are looking for someone who will oversee all of our companys ongoing projects. Since the platform is Asana, we want someone who has a mastery of using said project management tool.

For this role, we want someone who has exceptional organizational and management skills as you will be working with different team members to ensure that tasks are completed, deadlines are met and schedules are on track. We need someone who has a professional level of verbal and written communication skills because they will also be preparing reports for the upper management to keep them updated on the progress of projects. Preferably, we want a candidate who already has experience with project management and is a team player who has the ability to work with different departments to ensure that all projects are aligned.

We will start you off from 10 hours per week and potentially increase as you grow into the role and we scale up.

Fractional Project Manager Goals:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Asana.
Delegate project tasks to the appropriate team members.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Fractional Project Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Translate technical, business and functional requirements into project tasks.
Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Handle multiple projects concurrently.

Fractional Project Manager Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven project management experience.
Mastery of utilizing Asana as a workplace management dashboard.
Experience in ecommerce in a fast moving product cycle and high growth is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication English skills.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
In depth understanding of ERP execution and implementation.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Capable of meeting deadlines
