Project Manager

Our Client is looking for a Project Manager with iGaming experience based in Manila.

Tasks

• Oversees the entire end-to-end project management lifecycle from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, up to project closing of assigned projects
• Facilitates all formal project/coordination meetings and discussions essential for effective project management including dissemination of information and instructions to project
  members and/or stakeholders, and preparation and release of minutes of all meeting for projects assigned
• Prepares the Project Plan, based on detailed project scope, requirements of project stakeholders and cross functional project team members obtained during project initiation
• Coordinates with project implementation teams, vendors and/or suppliers and other concerned parties to ensure timely project delivery on time, in budget, and within required quality and standards
• Monitors the overall project change control to ensure project completion, including project team FTE, goals and targets
• Prepares and submits all project documentation and reports to stakeholders, management and steering committee.
• Work and team with a multitude of different people and different cultures
• Ensuring the PMO meets performance targets
• Direct management of all members of the Project Management Business Analysis team including performance reviews
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree graduate preferably - Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• iGaming experience - a must have
• At least 7 years of extensive experience in project management particularly on software development, 3rd party integration, IT systems integration, etc
• Experience in aspects of change, e.g. technology, process and organizational change
• With formal project management training. Certification is an advantage
• Hands-on experience on running projects using different frameworks and methodologies
• Will work onsite in Ortigas Center Pasig City, Mondays to Fridays
