Performance Marketing Manager

happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand for clean, vegan and eco-friendly cosmetic products. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.

Tasks

• As Performance Marketing Manager at happyglam, you will be responsible for managing all Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics
• Be responsible for communicating our key metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
• Test and iterate your approaches and learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us
• Have the creative ability to build strong and compelling content together with the team to enhance our campaigns
• Ideally, have some skills in video editing and content creation

Requirements

• You have a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics or a similar field with some first relevant work experience in an analytical role
• Data fascinates you and you are passionate about collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
• You possess a growth-mind-set and a can-do-mentality
• You speak fluent English, German is a plus
• You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious, and open-minded
