Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards and social platforms when required
Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
Evaluate applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
Compile interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
Document processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Assist with general administrative activities in the HR department (contract drafting, maintain employee files, onboarding etc.)
Prior work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Good understanding and experience with HR tools (Smart Recruiters, Personio)
University Degree in business, human resources, psychology, sociology, and/or equivalent work experience.
Excellent German and English language skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Strong decision making skills
Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs
Must have the right to live and work in Austria
