Tasks

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with different ATS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• An in-house recruiter mindset. You care about the right fit for the right team.
• Good understanding of solid recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
• Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results.
