Job Overview
This role responsible for developing and managing relationship with the key customers in PI category (new market), which are SI, Contractor MEA / OEM through specific technical application knowledges.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market development, identifying customer buying behavior and align it accordingly to division business strategy and target
- Identify leads from the market and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure healthy business pipeline
- Perform sales cycles in orderly manner and closely involve in negotiation process to ensure high success rate and meeting annual budget
- Create sales contact planning and visit report in SFA/Mosaic in regular basis as integral part of customer relationship management
- Follow up project status and customer payment in order to ensure healthy account receivables
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering field
- Min. 3 years experience as Sales / Key Account Management in F&B Industry (Such as Mayora, OT, etc)
- Having specified experiences in F&B industry
- Accustomed with business developing, negotiating, and dealing with clients
