• Analyze market development, identifying customer buying behavior and align it accordingly to division business strategy and target
  
• Identify leads from the market and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure healthy business pipeline
  
• Perform sales cycles in orderly manner and closely involve in negotiation process to ensure high success rate and meeting annual budget
  
• Create sales contact planning and visit report in SFA/Mosaic in regular basis as integral part of customer relationship management
  
• Follow up project status and customer payment in order to ensure healthy account receivables
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering field
  
• Min. 3 years experience as Sales / Key Account Management in F&B Industry (Such as Mayora, OT, etc)
  
• Having specified experiences in F&B industry
  
• Accustomed with business developing, negotiating, and dealing with clients
