About the Client:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual to help with day-to-day tasks. We build and manage real estate portfolios, you will be interacting with current and new potential residents.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly collection reports and make sure rent is paid on time or issue 5-day notices
- Send out new leases/notices to residents
- Manage listings on websites, Facebook, Craigslist
- Manage inbound calls from residents and schedule repairs with Contractors.
- Screen new tenants and qualify them for income
- Track and pay invoices for contractors
- Assist with ongoing development projects (scheduling and research)
- Assist with maintaining procedures
- Answer office calls and set appointments as necessary
Requirements
- Positive attitude towards life and people
- Need to be super organized and high attention to detail
- Good with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Buildium and real estate license is a plus
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Must be comfortable on the phone and able to handle complaints
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 10PM-7AM Shifting
