- Understand change management principles and considerations for implementation plan design
Requirements
- 3-5 Years Management Consulting Experience
- 5 years Organisational Design experience (lead role)
- Demonstrated knowledge of business, organisational theory and practice, strategic and tactical organisational design, change management and business process design
- Experience of managing client relationships and small teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to utilize appropriate technology or tools to support design assessment and decisions (Excel, OrgVue )
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Exceptional Facilitation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
