Job Description

  • Assess and understand the organizational strategy, operating model and processes
  • Design Organisational design framework
  • Design Decision Rights Framework
  • Facilitate various stakeholder engagement
  • Design, develop and implement organisational structures.
  • Job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition (incl. gap analysis, capability planning, job description writing and staff mapping).
  • Job sizing (Hay or Patterson)
  • Development of workforce planning and transition approach
  • Integration with HC value chain and processes
  • Understand change management principles and considerations for implementation plan design


Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Management Consulting Experience
  • 5 years Organisational Design experience (lead role)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business, organisational theory and practice, strategic and tactical organisational design, change management and business process design
  • Experience of managing client relationships and small teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to utilize appropriate technology or tools to support design assessment and decisions (Excel, OrgVue )
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Exceptional Facilitation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
