Prepare and manage new content for customer engagement on a regular basis
Prepare email newsletters for current/prospective customers
Create trendy flyers/posts to engage new customers
Create customer database to maintain and establish regular contact
Respond to inbound interest emails
Research upcoming events (sporting events, festivals, etc) in different areas to drive interest and engagement with potential customers online
At least 2 years of relevant experience Good communication skills, both in written and verbal English Social media savvy Experience in marketing Experience in engaging and building a following on social media Ability to create user-friendly templates for email newsletters Knowledgeable in setting up an email marketing campaign Knowledgeable of the current trends and shorthand terms used on social media to connect with people on all levels
