Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends possess strong communication skills and have a proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative mind strategic thinking and the ability to drive engagement across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and objectives.

  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships ensuring deliverables are met.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand at the forefront.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media channels.

  • Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing and onbrand content.

  • Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.

  • Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions on social media platforms.

  • Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse social media performance.

  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Recruit and manage affiliate marketing across the brands.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field with 35 years of relevant experiences

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends particularly in the US

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

  • Experience in ecommerce or brand work is a plus particularly with US brands

  • Able to handle multiple brands is a plus

  • Have some experience with graphic design work for content creation.



Job requirements: 2-5 years of eCommerce experience, with preferably at least 2 years of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central). Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel is preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills across different time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of organisation and strong attention to detail. Solutions-driven mindset, capable of researching and supporting key decisions for the brands you manage Understanding of a customer-centric approach and familiarity with Western buying habits is a plus.
