The company is looking to hire a Marketing Communication Executive with skills in brand management and brand strategy to help reposition the brand s communication to stand out as the prominent risk adjustment partner in Africa.
Job Responsibilities:
The following are the key responsibilities of the candidate but they are not limited to these.
Initiate and lead the Brand Planning process, from brand performance analysis through to the development of brand plans, working in close collaboration with the founding partners.
Review on brand marketing and communication assets of the firm to attain its business objective.
Leadership of external partners including media and creative agencies as well as cross functional team leadership.
Identify changes and trends in consumer behaviours, analysing competitor activity, benchmarking best practice in the industry.
Setup and manage the company digital channels and footprints.
Champion the redesigning of the new website.
Lead and drive the digital marketing efforts to the business through email marketing, blog posting etc.
Writing engaging content to maximise SEO.
Implementing all marketing communication activities and strategies such as advertising, copywriting and preparation of promotional collaterals.
Advertise the company and products/services across various media platforms.
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
Communicate with clients and advertise to new ones through social media and other online platforms.
Create and design promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
Respond to customers queries and comments on social.
Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.
1 - 2 years work experience from a reputable Brand management/Marketing Comms. Agency.
Proven work experience in Brand Management or/and Marketing Communication
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with web content management tools.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
