Engineering Manager  -  Business Analyst and Scrum Master

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has experience of a Business Analyst and Scrum Master to manage the team to keep delivering features every sprint aligned with our road map. This will include working with Product Owner to understand the user stories and priorities to working with Architects and developers to elaborate the user stories into technical requirements. Successful communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in Engineering Management or Project Management for more than 7+ years.
• Experience in Daily standups.
• Experience in project management
• Experience in Sprint planning and sprint retrospective.
• Reporting and communicating at the end of each sprint.

• Meetings with Product Owner and stakeholders
• Unblocking the team
• Work with the product manager and project team to help determine viability of project scope and vision, as well as gather user story requirements
• Translate conceptual requirements into written functional requirements in a clear and concise manner
• Verbally and in written format, communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to gain product management and project team sign-off
• Be perceptive and creative, and a reliable problem-solver

Job Skills:

• Project Management and Agile Experience
• Some project management tools like Azure Devops / Jira etc
• Need to understand the SDLC process
• Good knowledge of SQL and API's
• Excellent communication skill
• Don't need a micromanager
• Bachelor of Computer Science
