Group Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

• This position will overlook the following functions for the four companies within the group (NovoChem, JAdeela Steel, Jadeela wire and Floortec):
• Hire white collars from Section head and above
• Establish recruitment system and automate when the company acquire ERP
• Gather all the data for the manpower plans from the company HR Managers
• Create a candidates pipeline for the companies to fulfill planned and Ad-Hoc position needs
• Work with the OE Manager to qualify in-house interviewers according to Behavior-based interviewing methodology
• Develop and maintain recruitment database and tracking system
• Establish partnerships with recruitment firms to fill critical positions
• Understand business needs and devise ways to have an agile recruitment department fulfilling the needs of the business
• Hire within 100% of the salary structures approved for different companies
• Create professional pages for the company on all of the recruitment platforms and maintain those at all times
• Design and execute the candidate journey and make sure the whole HR team delivers journey as designed
