Manage the recruitment of external contractors for Premier outsourcing operations that involve among others: supervising the search, sourcing, selection, negotiation and onboarding of qualified candidates.
Monitor adherence to contracts between Premier and its contractor companies with regard to the Talent Acquisition & OD department..
Involve in the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition plans and ensure its alignment with the corporate objectives.
Maintain high level of customer’s satisfaction and engagement by ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
Develop reports on contractors’ services and other related analytics for management information and decision-making.
Handle disputes between contractors and their relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns.
Interpret/implement changes, provide guidance and support necessary for continuous improvement.
Direct and manage assigned mandates, providing leadership with the team and facilitate work processes in order to achieve high performance standards in the department and organization as a whole.
Job Requirements
10+ Years of experience in Service providing industry
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Ability to transfer knowledge to other team members
Excellent communicator, disciplined, persistent, organized, with initiative, intelligent and capable of bringing in results without being pushy, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.
