Job Description

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders
• Defining product features according to customer needs.
• Communicates client needs and demands to the Engineers and Operation team.
• Keeping customers informed of the status of the product.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
