Nexgen London are seeking a hardworking reliable Yard Supervisor to maintain the outside cleanliness of a purposebuilt 400property Residential Development in Brentford.
This opening will be available from 15th May 2024 and is a permanent parttime position for 30 hours per week.
Location:
Ferry Quays 5 Ferry Lane Brentford TW8 0AT
Shift Pattern:
8.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday (6hrs per day)
Main Duties:
- Litter picking and general tidying
- Sweeping outside areas
- Clearing spillages
- Removing and transporting Rubbish
- Organise and clean Bin rooms
- Cleaning exterior of the Estate
What are we looking for
- Full UK Driving Licence / Able to drive
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime at short notice
- Very good attention to detail
- Fit and able to carry out physically demanding tasks
- Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
