Yard Supervisor

Nexgen London are seeking a hardworking reliable Yard Supervisor to maintain the outside cleanliness of a purposebuilt 400property Residential Development in Brentford.

This opening will be available from 15th May 2024 and is a permanent parttime position for 30 hours per week.

Location:

Ferry Quays 5 Ferry Lane Brentford TW8 0AT

Shift Pattern:

8.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday (6hrs per day)

Main Duties:

• Litter picking and general tidying
• Sweeping outside areas
• Clearing spillages
• Removing and transporting Rubbish
• Organise and clean Bin rooms
• Cleaning exterior of the Estate

What are we looking for

• Full UK Driving Licence / Able to drive
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime at short notice
• Very good attention to detail
• Fit and able to carry out physically demanding tasks
• Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
