Oilfield Labour - High Pressure Confined Space Entry Tank Cleaner

Positions for 2024 Spring Shutdown work;

** High Pressure Confined Space Entry Laborers around Alberta and BC (accommodation provided).

• The High Pressure position involves the safe operation of a highpressure (20000 PSI) truck for washing of heavy equipment and various industrial related projects throughout the site.
  
• Assist the Operator with the safe operation of the various units
  
• Assist the Operator with the set up and control hoses attached to the pumps to ensure the safe and effective pumping of water
  
• Install temporary equipment (including the installation of Victual pipe chemical house mixing various chemicals)
  
• Participate in job site preparation including the rigging in/out of equipment
  
• Spot the safe positioning of equipment
  
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored
  
• Confined space entry to remove debris and perform detailed cleaning
  

Requirements:

• Clear verbal and written English
  
• Safety Tickets: H2S Alive Confined Space Fall Arrest/Protection WHMIS CSTS and CSO.
  
• Previous experience working in various environments (i.e. confined space heights noisy and various and extreme weather conditions); Industrial pulp and paper and/or oil and gas experience is also an asset.
  
• Swamping experience is an asset (i.e. Vacuum and Hydro vac work).
  
• Experience working with High Pressure Water Blasting Equipment is an asset.
  
• Experience working with chemicals is an asset
