Italian Speaking Advertisers Support In Lisbon W Relocation Package

As an Italianspeaking advertiser support you will manage the following:

Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses across multiple channels chat email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner) both in Italian and English.

Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;

Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work type: Onsite or remote (must still be based in Lisbon)

Requirements:

Italian C1/C2 level

English B2 level

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Selfsufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

EU Citizenship / Ressidence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
