Job Description

We are collaborating with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading. They are currently seeking talented Customer Success Officers fluent in French Italian and German to join their team in Limassol Cyprus.

Position: Customer Success Officer

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

Tasks

  • Assisting clients worldwide through live support.
  • Handling emails assisting with opening and amending client accounts and maintaining client records.
  • Demonstrating impeccable telephone etiquette and management.
  • Managing backoffice queries.
  • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
  • Reporting to management and collaborating with all departments to resolve issues.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Trading Platforms.
  • Liaising with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts.
  • Appropriately handling client inquiries and ensuring highlevel service is provided.
  • Promoting available products and services to clients and providing all relevant information.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Contributing to the team effort by achieving targeted results.

Requirements

  • Professionally fluent in French Italian or German both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level). Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Degree in Business Studies or any other related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:0018:00 10:0019:00 MondayFriday.
