CNC Milling Programmer UG

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a UG (Uni graphics) programmer.

  
  

• Experience in programming for the production of bigsize parts.

  
  

• Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively and management.
  

• Utilize Uni graphics (UG) software to create modify and optimize CNC milling programs for the production of parts.

  
  

• Develop efficient tool paths and machining strategies to maximize productivity and ensure quality.

  
  

• Provide detailed setup instructions and documentation for machine operators to follow.

  
  

• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to ensure that parts meet quality standards and specifications.

  
  

• Identify and troubleshoot programming issues to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

  
  

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle times.

  
  
  

Requirements
