Minimum bachelor's degree required; accounting or finance preferred, or economics, mathematics, or statistics. Minimum 2 years of relevant financial analysis and general accounting is required, preferably in a manufacturing industry or public accounting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail. General knowledge of finance and accounting concepts. Cost accounting experience preferred. Highly proficient in working with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.), and reasonably proficient with other common applications such as MS Access, MSWord, and MS PowerPoint. SAP is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and analytical skills. Ability to analyze, organize and explain large volumes of data. Attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints. Self-motivated with a desire to improve upon existing processes and procedures. Solid time management and prioritization skills.
