Ensure business customers’ satisfaction through close monitoring, implementation of cross-selling, upselling, and other tactics as needed
Propose and implement innovative partner activities with the support of the needed internal departments such as Marketing
Analyses partners’ performance on a weekly basis
Support the enhancement of internal processes to ensure efficient deliveries, product storage and all aspects involved in partners’ use of Milky’s products
Monitor the delivery of orders to ensure accurate deliveries in terms of quantities, delivery times and other factors as requested by B2B partners
Meet and exceed assigned targets to meet the organization’s strategic plan
Create presentations and reports for both internal and external usage
Support in the development of the strategic plan for the Business Development department
Coordinate with other colleagues and departments at the company to ensure a customer-centred relationship management approach with B2B partners
Develop and update a competitive analysis for B2B partnerships in the dairy industry
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is preferred
2+ years of experience in account management
Fluent in English and Arabic
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Diplomacy skills and strong interpersonal skills
Strong skills in innovation, collaboration, problem solving, teamwork, and vision
Sound planning, organization, coordination skills
Excellent ability to use MS Office applications
Fluent in speaking and writing in English & Arabic
Experience as volunteer in the non-for profit is a plus
