Fixed Shift basis 9 hours including 1 hour break “ 12:00PM to 9:00PM "
Males only
Days Off: Friday
Accepted candidates will attend an induction (training before login)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
- Answer WhatsApp enquires on daily basis.
- Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone calls.
- Resolve all customer complaints, requests and inquiries within the pre-determined SLA’s.
- Escalate problems, report suspected fraud and provides relevant feedback to the right channels.
- Performs other administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Presentable
- Very good English
- Very good communication skills
