•Prepare the change of status letters (COSs) and make sure that they are fully signed from concerned parties.
•Update all staff leaves tracker on HR System and follow up with them and their supervisor on a weekly basis
•Update staff information on HR system (such salary changes, new location, Grant, marital status, income tax info, ..erc)
•Prepare all staff extension letters and make sure that they are fully signed from all concerned parties on a timely manner.
•Responsible of On-Boarding training in coordination with all concerned parties.
