Support Program Manager as needed (making sure the project is on scope, budget, and time).
Work closely with Program Manager and livelihood Coordinator and Mentors in all operations related to project grantees in Irbid, Ajloun, and Mafraq.
Implements independently procedures and activities within his/her own function or core scope as delegated.
Develop standard operating procedures for establishing home-based businesses.
Coordinate day to day implementation of program activities under objective 2.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with the program stakeholders; including community leaders, CBOs, relevant government bodies, vocational training providers, business owners, and communities.
Conduct Business development and business expansion training, for head of the household, Youth / program participant and mentors.
Support in employment and self-employment activities and conduct outreach to public and private sector actors in Irbid, Ajloun and Mafraq;
Support the employability and research coordinator in monitoring the performance of established business Vocational Training Provider VTP and mentors.
Lead home based businesses support activities, and provide HBBs with the technical support, advice, and guidance needed to help them sustain themselves and maintain their income
