Business Development

This is a remote position.

Skills Required

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and BD of Software Projects / Services
• Good Experience doing inside sales and lead generation and management
• Significant Experience in using service procurement portals for lead generation
• Good understanding and experience with RFI / RFP response
• Must have worked at least 2 years in a Software Services organization doing Business Development
• The Candidate would do Lead Management would have Independent Sales Target and would do New Business Acquisition in IT Services Sector
• Candidates from Web Applications sales background or IT sales will be preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and command over English
• Ability to work independently as a Business Development Manager

Responsibility

• Lead generation using Linkedin, service procurement portals, channel partners
• Sales meeting, in person / remote with the prospects
• Taking a lead to closure with help of pre-sales / tech team
• Getting repeat business from existing clients
• Participating with the top management in strategic planning and growth hacking meetings
