Job Description
- Managing accounts assigned by Manager
- Converting assigned accounts to higher levels in segment matrix
- Keep records of client comments and feedback
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Acting as a client advocate to Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
