Job Description
- Head Chef : Japanese Upmarket Dining Saudi : Riyadh Salary package: USD6000 (equivalent) net pm plus accommodation and other expat benefits A great opportunity for an experience Japanese Chef de Cuisine to head up the team at this beautiful Japanese fine dining venue within an established restaurant group For this Head Chef role, you will need a stable background in high:end, vibrant Japanese cuisine experience and must currently be at Head Chef level. As Head Chef, your role will entail day:to:day running of the kitchen, menu development and implementation, staff training and mentorship, HACCAP capabilities and training, managing costs and working to budgets, etc Gulf experience is preferred but not essential for this position.
