- Stable career history in 5* hotel properties and currently holding a similar job role
- Inspiring team leader who can manage large teams of multi-cultural staff
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Able to work to deadlines
- Hands-on and leads by example
- Ideally to have a Hotel Management Degree or diploma (not essential)
