- Japanese Chef de Cuisine : Saudi Arabia Highly competitive tax:free expat packages Plus benefits An exciting opportunity for an Japanese Chef de Cuisine to join this luxury venue based in Saudi Arabia A creative Japanese Chef de Cuisine capable of developing exciting menu offerings A strong leader and a positive mentor is best suited to this challenge Authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine specialist What youll need: * Minimum 5 years experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full:service hotels across Europe * It is an advantage if you have experience working in the Middle East * You should have experience of working with and managing large teams, have strong leadership skills, be fluent in English (spoken and written) * Must have advanced knowledge of all types of service to include Formal and informal settings : From intimate to large scale * Advanced knowledge in fine dining, exotic ingredients, international cuisine Salary packages include a VERY competitive tax free basic + full single expat
