Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and internal organization requirements and policies.
Map and evaluate processes. Design, execute, document, and update business processes models
Monitors and analyses process performance on an ongoing basis (process mining) and consults projects.
Design, test, and deploy new processes in the business.
Keep self-familiar with the latest best practice within the field and verifying value for our business.
Direct and Supervise the Business Process team, include establishing team objectives and supporting measurements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related
4+ years of experience
Very good Microsoft capabilities
Excellent writing/Reading skills in Arabic & Very good in English
