Business Process Supervisor

Job Description

• Provide coaching and direction to the team by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables, and ensuring measurable results.
• Interact effectively with all levels of the organization; develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and internal organization requirements and policies.
• Map and evaluate processes. Design, execute, document, and update business processes models
• Monitors and analyses process performance on an ongoing basis (process mining) and consults projects.
• Design, test, and deploy new processes in the business.
• Keep self-familiar with the latest best practice within the field and verifying value for our business.
• Direct and Supervise the Business Process team, include establishing team objectives and supporting measurements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related
• 4+ years of experience
• Very good Microsoft capabilities
• Excellent writing/Reading skills in Arabic & Very good in English
