Job Description
- Lead the development of a learning needs assessment, learning strategy.
- Provide capacity building related inputs into the project’s annual workplan.
- Design/implement innovative capacity building methodologies for face-to-face and virtual capacity building initiatives.
- Use a capacity building-of-trainers approach to build the capacity building and facilitation skills of local government or consultants to ensure sustainability.
- Provide overall supervision of the capacity building activities. This includes monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
