Job Description
- Responsible for training (on boarding & regular training).
- Documenting all training activities.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of audit results & trainee feedback.
- Ensures & improves quality of riders (behaviour, appearance).
- To assist on rider equipment and local inventory management.
- Having a report for all riders inventory.
