Job Description
The Senior Trainer provides mentoring and guidance to Trainers during the process of student-teaching to expand training breadth. This role demands an expert-level understanding of aviation technologies, IT infrastructure, and educational methodologies, aimed at enhancing global operational standards and employee capabilities. What will you do Training Development & Delivery: Develop and conduct training across SITA’s Airport Operations Portfolio and Baggage Product Portfolio, including systems like Airport Integrator, CUSS, and Self-Bag Drop Solutions. Provide hands-on training sessions globally for multiple products, focusing on system administrators and technical support functions.
