Job Description
- Develop and implement the projects operational and management strategy.
- Work with the clients during the lifecycle of the projects.
- Draft RFP's for various FM related services
- Review and prepare tender related to FM.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary consultants on the overall program production and deliverables.
- Manage the operations and maintenance process to ensure that it is compatible with local regulations, codes and standards.
- Monitor progress of maintenance, identify areas for improvement and take action to fix both existing and potential issues.
- Ensure risk assessments related to FM are carried out;
- Organizes and manage the FM team.
- Liaise with numerous stakeholders including clients, municipalities, government bodies.
