You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Accountable for working as CRM resource having in depth knowledge of telecom lifecycle. Key to success in this role is the ability to interact with Business and work with internal staff such that all services and deliverables provided are of high quality and exceed customer expectations.
• As a Telecom Billing expert, you will focus on helping customer with CRM include inventory management and reconciliation with telecom technology upgrades.
• Responsibilities may also include working with stakeholders in process definition and improvement, training, and understanding and documenting business system requirements for telecom workflows, security roles, reporting, etc.
• Handle Tickets related to CRM, Product Catalogue and Inventory
• Monitor complete inventory flow
• Participates in daily/weekly upload, validation, and reconciliation of telecom inventory
• Responsibility for assisting with optimization and cost reduction recommendations and documentation
• Tracking of order and dispute progress, and escalation as needed
