Roles and responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chat sales agents focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. You will leverage your expertise in chat-based sales, process optimization, and team management to maximize performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of chat sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring high levels of engagement and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average response time, chat volume, and customer satisfaction scores. Implement strategies to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams, to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data trends, and present
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine chat sales processes to ensure efficiency, improve response times, and optimize the customer journey.
- Data-Driven Sales Management: Analyze key customer support metrics (e.g., KPIs, FTH, MTH, chat volume, CSAT, Trustpilot reviews) to create comprehensive reports, develop action plans, and meet departmental sales targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a culture of customer-first sales by ensuring the team understands and responds effectively to customer needs and concerns, driving retention and repeat business.
Desired candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Sales coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in call centers or BPOs environments with a focus on chat-based sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances and sales trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM and chat management tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English; any additional language proficiency relevant to the EMEA region is a plus.
