Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience” service model and artistry development
Full Curriculum facilitation including induction, social and developmental training
All new launch NPD and Skincare Training
The Learning Management System (If applicable)
Monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Managers, adapting training based on the feedback and region needs to ensure the continual improvement of the training provided and learning outcomes.
