Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Be aware of all hotel services and promotions in order to assist any guests
Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menus, beverage list, wine list and Refreshment Centre menus
Conduct daily line-ups with colleagues to keep them up dated with all relevant information
Ensure that standards are maintained and all documentation pertaining to standards are utilized (i.e. F&B Basics, Process Briefs, JTCs, etc…) each shift
Check presence of staff and physical appearance
Supervises and assists in service for VIPs/ SA etc…
